Ms. Emily Thomas is a Client Service Manager for Associates for International Research (AIRINC). AIRINC is a human resources consulting firm dedicated to facilitating global mobility. Headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts with full service offices in Brussels, Amsterdam, and Hong Kong, AIRINC has provided organizations with superior cost-of-living services for their cross-border transfers for more than fifty years. AIRINC offers a wide range of expatriate compensation services, ranging from data delivery and database management to policy seminars and compensation program design. Ms. Thomas joined AIRINC in early 2001 as manager of the international housing group, responsible the on-site and remote collection of housing information across six continents and the analysis of all rental and utility data. In 2005, she joined the Client Service group to work with major multinational corporate and government clients on their housing policies and programs. Ms. Thomas received her B.A. in Politics and Complex Organizations from Mount Holyoke College in 1991 and holds the Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation from the Worldwide ERC (formerly Employee Relocation Council). Prior to joining AIRINC, Ms. Thomas worked in quantitative research at a Boston institutional investment firm.
