ALLISON CROSBIE
Landscape Architect |
Following in the foot steps of her three older sisters, Allison Crosbie graduated from Mount Holyoke in 1989 with a major in art history. After several years of working in marketing for design firms in the Boston area, Allison attended the Rhode Island School of Design and received her Master of Landscape Architecture in 1996. As a practicing landscape architect for the past twelve years, Allison has been involved in a wide range of projects from public parks and highway projects to site design for college and research buildings. Allison is currently employed as a historical landscape architect for the Olmsted Center for Landscape Preservation in the National Park Service, assisting parks in the research, planning and management of cultural landscapes. Allison is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects where she serves on the Public Practice Advisory Committee, and she is also a member of ICOMOS, the International Council on Monuments and Sites. Allison resides in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
